Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Freshly Prepared Orders
Since some products are freshly prepared, cancellation may not be possible once preparation has started.
Refund on Cancellation
Non-cancellable orders once placed on the website:
- Orders already shipped
- Orders under preparation (custom/fresh batches)
Subhchandra Organics reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
